Released in 2021, TWO WXY arrived in New Balance's team-performance line created to complement Kawhi's signature with a more versatile all-position concept. The design intent centered on building a stable, balanced, all-around basketball shoe that worked for many play styles. Notable versions or talking points included its strong immediate value and the line's fast rise as a serious performer. In community memory, the shoe is usually remembered for very good traction and support with a nicely balanced FuelCell ride.
